What about the language barrier? I doubt he has a translator like she did. Logic and reason have gone to shit

MC’s Int has gone from 5 to over 1000. He doesn’t need sleep. He can move, react and therefore think much faster than any normal human. He also should have gotten a perfect memory, if the intelligence takes bodily effect, like strenght or dexterity.
At this point, learning a new language would only take one or two sleepless nights.
