You know, respectfully, if this is the most traumatic event in CKs life, he’s still an utter scúmbag. I’ve suffered horrible unending abuse myself, I’ve been súicidal myself, but my thoughts were always kill myself or if I thought I could get away with it my abuser. Didn’t do either. Didn’t want to lash out and harm or kill other unrelated to my situation
My point is, CK killed himself and was granted another life in a new world, a life of power and privilege. Nothing we’ve seen so far justifies the countless murders of innocent Constellations.
This is only a memory like dream, so it’ll interesting to see what consequences if any this will all have on reality.
We’ve seen this type of thing or similar three times already.
The first time with the doll of the children who were kidnapped and then were left to die in a fire. MC was able to use the vision to enact the wishes of all the children, but it didn’t change anything. The children all died long ago in a different world
The second time was the invasion the demon king. That was another world, in it’s present time, but time was fluid. The invasion was able to be prevented/undone and the demon king was redeemed and saved. Her village was never attacked.
The third time was MC and his wife dancing back and forth across the timeline with MC dying tons of times and experiencing his wife’s trauma every time.
Personally I think CK’s memories will get altered and or restored by MCs actions
Very interesting so the new hard trama penalty is just the same kind of trial as the library. You enter a generated world and must change the outcome to get out.
You done goofed. But then again MC you don’t have the memories of that crazy diary guy who wacked you.

So his trauma is guilt… Makes sense that his power is to forget…
