Daven vs Daven, who will win? I for sure will set my bets on Daven but it’ll be a close match.
I reckon the demon is a piece of mc that only knows how to fight, like the magic part of daven that was ‘sealed’ by the prison guard was collected and forms the arch demon.

Duplication glitch ? 
Maybe its daven’s dad took over. He was looking for someone to be born who could defeat the main family and they claimed daven made a packed with demons and showed a document to prove it. Likely it was his father who made the pact before daven’s birth which was why “it was a nightmare” when daven was born with one arm. His father is the founder of nightmare.
i mean in chapter 3 it did say he escaped prison
i dont think its kajan or whatever his name is because he fought against daven when he escaped prison, so most likely a demon took control of his body or arslan did something.
but its also confusing since arslan said to grow beyond samion and to face the truth
