I mean… This oath only means that Vinchen have to be the one to provide that proofs, you aren’t binding Khan or Ms. Mother in any other form, they can still stop the carriages, annihilate the corrupts (Khan can’t really do it because of his personal oath but Ms. Mother can), help Vinchen…
I mean there’s no reason the head or the mistress couldn’t stop suspicious carriages leaving their residence or stop a elder that went rogue.
