I remember in the old school pen-and-paper Star Wars RPG (think D&D in space) that is a force user (like Jedi) perform a killing blow, they can augment that to instead be a wounding blow, like cutting off an arm, destroying the enemy’s weapon and the like. And you wouldn’t get a “dark side” point for wantonly slaughtering folks…unless the player liked that kind of thing or enjoyed doing it, at the DM’s discretion.
MC: +1 dark side point. lol
Skills system or power system whatever you wanna call it is sorta dumb. That said, I like the world building and the continuity makes sense in this manga versus some that use flash backs and time skips in a way that makes it confusing. I think its fairly good overall.
They keep distinguishing between
MAGE and MARTIAL ARTISTS but this martial artist is shooting lightning from his hands.
This just turned into “The Bone Collector”…

MC kinda lame, act super confident at first and then barely win and not even thanks to his own strategy, couldn’t protect one of this people either
He got beaten by standard strategy: using the environment to your advantage 
This habit of cutting other people’s arm reminds me of a certain heavenly demon..
