If Kajin is possessing Shitter… I mean Kagon, then he most likely is also the Demon King Daven. Arslan probably tried so hard to fix Daven’s reputation that Kajin’s malice turned him into a specter after death and hr possessed people to erase all evidence of him and rewrite history. More than likely he started the process before his death and became a demon himself because of it.
Oh so he’s possessed, kind of, by the original A-hole.
All the king talk from the first possessed person. I figures at was likely that. But I also figure that maybe the first life, they child was born with 1 arm because the main family made a deal with a demon and the branch families child paid the price. Thats why the fact he won in the end despite being one armed made a mess of the contract and brought about the demon lord.
Honestly my biggest question is the saintest in the previous life and why she healed him. Was it to help cover up the back stab issue or did she have her own reasons but the family took over in the end?

I’m always curious about powerful women like this in the manga world. Although she’s the head of the family, what about her husband? Since he’s MIA, I guess he was either strong enough to be on par with her but died or was an average dude used as a donor and discarded.
I thought “Father” had vowed to not leave alive those who cheated in his presence or something like that? Seems Elders from both families are still upright and breathing. Also, *another* possessed person? These “Daven fragments” are going to be a repetitive thing, aren’t they?
