He could’ve spent, like, 2-3 days in the secret realm and there’s probably like 0 people who would’ve questioned him. Even if she did somehow show up in that short time, it wouldn’t mean dog all with his current level speed up until now. Just kill a few things in front of her and dip.
His current plan is just bound for failure, because someone will eventually enter the secret realm anyways and call his bluff. Not only is he being an arse, he’s also overcomplicating it for literally no reason. This whole thing is so unnecessary.
I hope this isn’t the theme for the future of this story. It really does just come across as actual villain behaviour.
