I had a feeling we’d see this character again. seemed to important to just give her a line in a flashback and do nothing with it.
it’s my first time seeing sensible character . most characters in these manga types were pus*y and perv as hell to the point when they touch a girl they will nosebleed .
and what’s this nosebleed shit? who first came up with this nosebleed ? What has it got to do with Blushing? 
it is nice seeing a sensible MC for once, average/common MC would be like “oh no holding hand bad” and being nervous the entire chapter then only holding her hand after she got attacked by the assassin.

So her profession must be a mage based character since she spoke that line about magic being weak against numbers. Which I thought was odd in a general sense (don’t know what she specifically can do), what is so weak about AOE spells, a nice flame thrower spell or fireball down an alley where you can’t dodge; same with a few ice spells, wind spells should be able to knock down even the jumping ones, etc. Webbing would definitely stop them all. I think earth based would be the weakest unless you had multi-stone bullet based attack. Charm could be iffy too (if required to meet gaze, etc.). I wonder what the rules on magic are for this world that it would be so weak in this situation.
