The author deserves a break. Quality of this manga is top tier

For me, this has fallen off enough so that I really cannot keep reading the latest chapters.
This is amazing in the beginning-middle part, but it felt like it became a story about everyone other than the MC. Sure you can write different side-stories and characters, but it starts being an issue if 90% of the story the MC is not even participating in the conflicts/fights. There’s like crazy stuff going on, characters being built, stories being told and at the same time the MC has been chilling in a temple for over 100 chapters with nothing happening around him. The author is skilled with the character development/writing and any one of the other characters could be seen as “another main character”, but at least involve the actual MC as well somehow, it felt so freaking frustrating going from 1 story to the next for like 100-150 chapters while the MC is doing nothing on the other side of the world.
Saitama is present in every chapter of OPM, the chapters might not focus on him all the time, but there is a balance, and our MC in this isn’t Saitama level either, so he needs a lot of character development & training, but he ain’t getting it. The beginning-middle of the MCs story was really strong, but I feel like the author didn’t know where to take it after the MC found relative peace in the temple.

I don’t usually comment on stuff but to be honest this is a great read. The idea, the plot, the characters everything is amazing. Truly is a great read as it does not focus solely on the main character but also the side characters as well, which makes it more enjoyable seeing the mc.

But all I wanna say is many complain about the main character not showing up alot but forget characters such as goku do this which makes seeing them fight more suspenseful and enjoyable pls complain less and enjoy more.

Checked the rating for this one 4.7 over 150+ chapters, lets go, but i really dislike the way the people are drawn (art style)….the search continues
