Let me guess, Zenovia gave her the “cure”? And she is blindly believing her despite the prophecy of CLEARLY EXPOSING ZENOVIA AS A TRAITOR? I hate contrived stories. When you remove the agency from your characters and make them stupid puppets to carry out your shitty contrived story, you’re just a bad author. 800 years old and THAT NAIVE? I REFUSE to believe she would’ve that dumb! The only explanation I’d be satisfied with at this point would be that she already knew Zenovia was a traitor and is willingly helping her to bring about the destruction of the world.

I am certain that the “cure” was actually the catalyst that makes the prophecy happen. That granny doesn’t know that the God has changed and she somehow has something that can avoid the prophecy just after we were told how difficult it is to change fate – things will go bad, 100%.

Someone thing tells me the cure really is just something to siphon the dragon power to the two traitor heroes
