Oxygen doesn’t burn without a fuel… adding oxygen to a plasma won’t do anything but cool down the plasma. Super compressing air will create heat though.
most people don’t realize that oxygen isn’t flammable, if you put pure oxygen over a flame, the oxygen doesn’t burn and won’t explode in the tank. However, the fuel for the flame will explode and or get bigger.
now… if you use plastic/rubber lines to bring the oxygen to where you want it to go… these are flammable and will catch fire quickly in the presence of pure oxygen.
