This is much better than manga where characters just stand around without any personal motivation to do so. MC at least straightforwardly tells us he wants to see the fight unfold and wait his turn.

Honestly one chapter of them fighting was enough. Making it two whole chapters of side characters fighting ruins it for me. Just have MC mop the floor with her and let’s move on. WTF is this?
