Real lore just dropped. The kid said the Barbarian was one of the creatures WHO WERE IMPRISONED in that place. This implies the White Snowfield was actually intended as a prison of some sort for various creatures.

True dragon, but a child, since he still naive and arrogant, he would learn why dragons keep themselves secluded, not because they see other races below them, but monsters like the barbarian could be outside wondering the world
