You know what? I’m really fine with this ending
The story might end there but you know he’s gonna come back to them, and that’s good enough
And him capturing the sorcerer so easily it’s not shown is kind of logical with how powerful he originally was.
I only wished we could’ve seen more of the immortals to understand the will of tathagata a bit more
