This is what I’m afraid to see, contradicting with the lores from previous chapters. Even the scoundrels whose not demon spiritualists who tried to extort Nie Li in the wilderness outside Glory City right before meeting Yu Yan can easily distinguish between demon spiritualist cultivators and not. Plus, during the fights in east district too, the other cultivators can easily see Nie Li merged with or transform into 3 demon spirits. And there’s a chapter where explaind why demon race never need to integrate with demon spirit. Sigh…..only for mc’s cover not exposed. I might as well dropping this permanently. :no:
