Citizen of dozens of empires. I haven’t been a gamer in 15ish years, but I remember you couldn’t exactly being a citizen of more than one faction at a time. Neutral at best to most, if if you were amiable or above to some, their enemies you would be hated and attacked on sight for those factions…
