He should be telling the king “I’d love to help you but if experience is a guide, as soon as I help hatch it, it might bond with me. If I help you out, I hope you don’t mind if I take it with me since it will have been tamed. Like eagles, gryphons likely bond for life, it might die if you try to mess with the bond [like killing me].” Win win; either he gets out of the quest or walks away with a gryphon summon.
its gonna be hilarious when CHIRPIE becomes a MASSIVE THUNDER BIRD and we have to hear MC yell “CHIRPIE use GODS SMITE”.

Nvm, went to the next chap and realised how bored I am, decent read I guess?? The only thing I didn’t really like was his dumb personality and the lack of showing stats and stuff, also not too sure if it was translation change or what, but I’m pretty sure the 2 skill card things he got required passive skills we definitely didn’t have. Anywho, I’ll be dropping this now.
So they made his sense of naming bad on purpose as a joke?? Bruh, I can’t wait to finish this, but of course I wont drop it unless he’s completely mind destroyingly dumb.
