Armour doesn’t work like that. Armour is sized to your body. Especially plate armour like that picture. And usually, long-distance travel was not done fully armoured. That’s stupid. They would get as close as possible and then arm up. Thus, field camps and arming pavilions are a thing. But let’s say for argument’s sake that you were travelling ‘fully armoured’. But, ‘magic’??? Why would armour in this world weigh that much to begin with? And I don’t mean the person using magic to bear the weight like Yuuji. I mean, why make armour heavy? Just use a material that has magic in it from the off. But however much it weighs, the weight would be evenly distributed over the entire frame, so it won’t throw you off balance, unlike a backpack with rocks in it. Yes, building muscle and stamina are necessary for a knight, that’s ‘fine’, but I doubt they are gonna gain much from one school camp, no matter how much weight you give them. If anything should be taught in this camp, it should be not to wear stupid short skirts while hiking/running in the forest.
Easy. Just sharpen the knife and hunt for food.. I guess.

Well~White stone and Black stone huh. Well technically those stone can be use as knife sharpener, and yes, 1 of it might be rocksalt too. While for bowl are use able conditions I presume. Chopping board also I guess, or they can just make a new one since they have the abilities to do so. Ingredients can be hunt and pick at they’re around the campsite. No big deal. I mean it manageable if they are in forest not at desert.
