im confused… did they not use appraise on the blue cat and then take a skill before killing them?
Does Appraisal have some harsh conditions for activation? Wouldn’t that usually be the very first move vs a new unknown enemy?
Aren’t there 2 seperate timers for ‘skill taker’? One for his use, and one for her? (since they both stole a different skill from the fat noble at the same time?)
or can he only use it once every # days and choose for it to steal for him/her/both, and THAT sets both on a timer?

There is a cool down of like 18 days before they can take a skill again. They took the truth and lie skills from zombie so they gotta wait.

Technically the limbs are still alive bexause of the cells.
