And MC going along with Merchant girl’s threat despite 1.) The dean already knows he has connections with Lunatic and 2.) He has nothing to gain by playing along with this farce, and 3.) She has no proof of anything.
Sigh… There are parts of this story I’ve enjoyed but we’re starting to reach the point of silliness here.

I am frustrated, why is he always playing into other’s hands ? He could’ve just refused to answer that red hair, what was she gonna do cry to the dean ? She couldn’t have done shit ,why does the MC has to do unnecessary shit ? The writing is bad and lazy, there are many annoying things and characters, illogical things, meaningless drag of arcs, uneven pacing, bad explanation(maybe translation problem), long unnecessary fights, confusing power scaling, mid or worse fight scenes. The only reason i read it until now was because i thought it might get better, but it didn’t, so i am out.
