I like him, realistic, he can’t do anything, security? Yeah right, adventurers that was running rampant with no one strong enough to do anything against was slain, easily, massacred. All he can realistically do is hire the adventurers in front of him for an absurd amount of money. With not a single profit or nobody that will thank him. Too slow or too expensive for any backup, he’s just here to make MC looks good.
At least do SOMETHING as opposed to NOTHING.
Lockdown might not be the best idea, but maybe increase security or something, stricter customs enforcement.
