Wait so if the two worlds have merged, and the blacksmith was a character created from scratch by the God’s game, where the characters like avatars inserted in that world by force before the merger??
I continue feeling that this story lacks attention for detail.
It’s simply ridiculous that the MC didn’t ask the other shadow summoner if he knew anything about Chao.
Shadow summoners are extremely rare. It’s impossible that two of them living in the same place don’t know each other.
Even if the author wants to play his dirty plot convenience tricks and drag things longer with fabricated obstacles, he should have at the very least have had the MC ask about chao and then the dude would have said no sorry, but at least the question would have added plausibility to the story and depth to the MC’s personality. More depth = more aliveness, more credibility.
He’s a good disciple. A genius master would pick disciples that want to exceed them.
So it was a competitive relationship

Anyway, they really cut MC chad moment, in LN/WN when MC visit wolf base in the beginning, that girl(forgot her name) and wolf talk happily (i mean, they won the clash) until MC knock the door and tense in the room rising up and happy moment disappeared with mc superior pressure. Sadly, They skip it hmm…
