So the author went with the most obvious option. Disappointing.
I dig the doctors words though. Praying for hope is understandable, but it should be remembered vulnerable people is more likely to fall into a pit. If you’re not strong enough nature can play you to it’s whims

Sarah and the Doc were the only ones we know about in the town, but Sarah wouldn’t have saved them if she were the fake.
Guess the arc is too short to make it a real mystery.
I’m just glad Sarah didn’t get replaced. The doc guy was sus from the start maybe once his gone everyone will wake up
Maybe get him out of the house first instead of confronting him while he’s the closest person to the helpless patient?
Was fully expecting the guy to be posing as Sarah or one of the already sick patients.
