This chapter was an interesting take on toxic and addictive behaviors and how sometimes people around us can sometimes influence or coerce us into unhealthyly indulge is destructive choices.
So sometimes uts only asking and or getting help from others who truly want to help you can you find the strength to actually pursue healthy habits
