Ok so a summary translation for people having a hard time reading. Father attempts to be extremely doting and wants to buy sky for child. Daughter finds out that mages are liked by animals. Daughter likes animals. They decide to build an animal stable for daughter so she can learn how to ride horse. More self doubt about using magic. Another sneak peak back into the old abusive household. Segue into exposition cliffhanger for next chapter.
