Barbarian should be already way stronger then what ever muscle builder in our planet so to have ogre skin it should be like 10 times stronger then the ogre skin skill on that mountain bandit human.
In all of these stories they make bad humans too over powered with no sense what so ever.
Also the military want the barbarian under them while are so weak that can’t even deal with bandits. No wonder why the mc shows middle finger to them. I would also not want to work with weaklings like government and military
