The Beginning After the End - Chapter 179

Damn
NOOOOOO the onions are harrasing me
Adam :'(
damn those onion cutting ninjas
I realize the author doesn’t have medical training, but it makes no sense to say because she healed a wound closed that some other healer couldn’t make a cut in the healed area if they truly needed to drain out a poison or toxin. That is literally what lancing an abcess is about and regardless of closed skin this world doesn’t have anything like dialysis to filter blood of poisons or they would have used their magical equivalent. I said all this to mean it’s a lie and they can’t blame Arthurs mom for that. I think those other healers were just making up a story saying “oh if only the emitter hadn’t healed you, we could have ‘easily’ removed that poison and saved you”. Not to mention that she could have also bled out while awaiting later attempts at intervention.
“We might not have raised you.”
You kind of did though. He had no family before and was essentially a living weapon. All of the stuff that makes Arthur not Grey came from them, Tess’ family, and his friends.
The parents are also going to be put into mortal danger and the main character is going to have to decide between saving Tessa or his parents. I think the dad will sacrifice himself to keep the mother alive but he’s going to lose his dad.
If you don’t see their bodies, assume they’re alive.
This quote never wrong. She definitly still alive somewhere.
they should reunite, i mean arthur and his parents
they should reunite, i mean parents and arthur
NOOOOOOOOOOOOO ADAM T-T
does the mom like not age or something
I wonder what kinda plot is boiling with lensa. i think she was captured by the enemy and totured or sum and became evil

The story with the healing is a bit odd “OMG the wound is closed how can we extract the poison?” “Can’t we just cut the wound open again?” “No way dude, do you think this is XXI century? we didn’t invented surgeries yet!”. Also, comiting suicide because you become a normal person seems a bit exaggerated to say the least.
