Continued reading after a long time. Now one question instantly comes up:
Why is Arthur so pathetically weak? Wasn’t he trained by the Asuras (or sth like that) to be the ultimate weapon in this war to fight against the strongest enemies in the proxy war?
And what we currently see is that he’s able to put up a good fight against multiple coevals? I mean that’s it, isn’t it? Barely a favored fight. He’s probably by far not as strong as a lance and he’s supposed to become the hope of the Asuras NOW (since we already are in war)?
This is supposed to be a question, not hate. I don’t have time to re-read 200 chapters, so obv I’m missing info I forgot here.

I’m starting to like Arthur less when it comes to fights. He constantly underestimates his opponents, he is chronically unaware of his surroundings, he constantly never goes all out and he is still getting pressed by people that a child asura could blitz.
He’s written like an idiot
Asuras train mc for 2 years even tough it lasted longer cause with their magic and stuff. But they didnt train magic. Like what was the point of the training ? He got stronger but that works only with the monsters and not with the retainers while these are not even the strongest enemies. I would think asuras would be good with magic too and would teach mc of it as they live in the world of magic.
so anyways did the author just forget that arthur has a timestop ability or sum cause bro hasnt used it once lmao
