It’s going to be a dragon that Arthur is going to call Sylvie, and she is an Azura. Azuras are creatures considered to be gods, and since Azura can take human forms, she’ll too take the form of a human.

Uh the racism is high in this thing. FWIW folk racists created the whole race concept so they could sit at the top and dictate to those ‘lesser’ than them. It is anti-science but oh so very human (spits).

Hints in the story imply that the different people are not exactly from the same recent stock. So species would be correct since they are within their group interfertile.

If they are interfertile then someone’s lying to themselves and they are all the same species and all the differences are just decorations. Don’t drag more racist crap in with morphology, it’s only useful to guess at what fossilized creatures sort of kinda might be able to mate. it’s like counting bumbs on head or head size to determine intellegence.
