It is maybe not the best idea to track someone in full plate. And one would need a squire to help putting it on and off comfortably. Unless they invented steel or some magical alloy one would need to spend some time doing it as well. That being said I understand that they want to be protected hunting demons, but I am doubtful that one would ride in such gear unless one is riding into war.
Putting on full plate armor was a complex and time-consuming process, often requiring the help of a squire or an assistant. Full plate armor was heavy, typically weighing between 20 and 27 kg, and consisted of many interlocking pieces that needed to be carefully fitted and secured. For a knight to don full plate armor without assistance would be very challenging, especially considering the complexity of the armor: It required precise fitting and fastening, often involving straps, buckles, and laces. The weight and mobility of the armor was heavy, making it difficult for an individual to lift and position all the pieces correctly by themselves. Proper donning was crucial to ensure the armor’s protective function and avoid injury.
Typically, a squire or another helper would assist the knight in dressing, helping to put on the armor, fasten straps, and ensure everything was secure. While a very fit and experienced knight might manage to do it alone in some cases, it was generally impractical and uncommon in the past.
