This is gonna be a stupid theory. But I dont think zenos heal people, I think he reverses time. And by reversing time, I mean he can reverse a specific persons body’s time(even if is a specific part of the body) and make them revert to before they were injured or poisoned. In this case, zenos will probably “heal” everyone even if its impossible as he doens’t know the poison’s composition, but the truth would be that he is reversing time of people’s bodies to before they drinked the poison thus saving them without needing a real cure. Does the novel ever explain how he is just a OP healer at all?
No time to explain how he can analize everything with magic and design the type of heal he will use

So nice when you’ve got enough power that you can just make the most outrageous statements without any complications, instead of having to agonize over how to reach the best possible result with limited power, which is every other healer’s fate.
