I kinda hate the rules that are set by the education department.
Like, be the king of the bullies, but no witnesses allowed and confidentiality is high priority.
As if someone would suspect him after witnessing him beat up another kid.
Even if he were to beat up the whole school and teachers, now one would supsect him of being part of the education department.
Because no one in their right mind would come up with the idea of sending an adult back to school to beat up minors.
The other thing that doesnt make sense is how is everyone gonna acknoledge him as being the main bully that takes care of the other bullies if they dont know that he beat up the other bullies. The no witnesses rule is also just dumb.
ah yes, instead of having police take action we should just have kids fight each other like dog fighting rings, like wtf are the directors thinking, if that got out theyd be put in jail or at least thats what i would hope idk much about laws in other countries
