Instead not letting the mc use the syncro they should teach him how to control it better. As the mc have the problem of going over board with it that makes it dangerous for him.
Also the series started of showing the MC be OP in a HOT world competition so was that competition some age limited or level limited or something ?
So far we see the MC being weak as heck and gets op only when over doing it in extreme situations like the last resort AOL skill
