They basically have a perma buff.
Theo:Absorbs all debuff, but those debuffs depend on the presence of rewards rate
Alvin: Perma -80% reward rate in general since he final blows as advanced guard
Cocello: Kill steal and absorb all effects of being the stealer
Melina: Forces debuffs on kill stealer…
Basically the worst member will be CoCo who can cast away debuffs after every third fight.
So at worst perma 10% buff

So. The math could work like:
He gets a 40% increase in stats and every kill by the party reduces it by 3% but could even be less because it fluctuates due to a decrease in drop percentage that doesn’t actual get proc.
They basically have a perma buff.
