The lady’s crash out is completely valid. It’s like a Walmart showing up at a city that only has local markets.
The MC can basically produce anything at a whim for no cost and can afford to undercut the competition. Meanwhile the produce sellers who invested heavily in this luxury market with goods that have a short shelf life are bound to be ruined.
What happens when a Walmart closes down at a remote place? The small businesses are gone and a food desert is born.
the real ethical thing to do would be to support the local economy by making deals with local businesses rather than screwing them over like a corporation
