Man, that was a stupid arc. Normally I’d say “Show, don’t tell!”, but that arc would have been better done as a one chapter PowerPoint deck.

author just went and made it sound stupid. Why would it matter to players stuff like 5 star accommodations, food and clean clothes daily. Even if it is realistic enough to make clothes dirty why wouldn’t there be any utility stuff to deal with it. Players have to wash clothes in a VR game?
