So is the Chairman possibly God? Like maybe he didn’t like how they treated the game/other world he made and turned back time and put the one person who fought for the other world into it.

Ah! I forgot! Last time MC’s title was mentioned, he was back to viscount.
But fun facts:
Many think it works this way:
You are noble of one country, and you hold one title and only one title. And the hierarchy works something along the line:
… > Viscount > Count > … > Duke > King.
But the reality is:
You could be viscount of one region, and count of another, and also viscount of a region in that county. On top of that you could be duke of another country. And king of a third.
But usually when becoming king, or higher noble (duke) or when the titles are for regions too far apart, nobles gave up titles. Or stoped mentioning them. Can’t figure out rules how that worked. Not even guide lines.
But I have an example: WWI was started because the king of Ungarn and emperor of Austria (Karl Franz Josef Ludwig Hubert Georg Otto Maria) was assassinated.
Or in short: He was King of one country and Emperor (Kaiser) of another.
Clarification: The title emperor was used in two different ways:
A) A ruler above King. King of Kings. He has several kings as subordinate.
B) Or that title form was chosen to give the whole thing more grandeur than it actually had.
(“I’m better than the other kings around me. I’m above them. I’m a king of kings!” Kind of way)
