just me guessing:
-mc is a “demon KING” (obviously this 1 is not a guess)
-he will do the same in the OATH, but! this time, it is he who will gain XP or something to LEVEL-up or grow stronger.
-next is, he will do the same thing to the next weakest kingdom
-so-on and so-forth.. etc,
-it’s same as when the heroes get XP from low level mobs, mc as Demon king will get xp from low- level or weak heroes.
Tis smart, they’ll have to travel a long way to gets the princess back and other kingdom ain’t helping cause why would they help a kingdom that can potentially be their enemies?
