I want to be invested I really do and I honestly wish I could enjoy the Ellen and Reinhardt development but……………….

After that speech she gave, then feeling the way she does rn as well as some more major development that occurs in their relationship she fucking betrays him at the first opportunity when his trust in her is at it’s peak and he spills his origins over what amounts to insecurity, and no matter how the author tries to spin it later on I can’t for the life of me act like she is a half decent person much less a good love interest after the bullshit,.
You would think the princess would be the one to do the excessively stupid shit when everything comes to light but Nah Ellen takes that trophy by a mile. If nothing else the way her and Reinhardt’s story develop is interesting and drama filled but damn her fuck up was way too much to overlook.
In better news tho, this is a proper harem ending novel so he ends up with multiple women at the end, Charlotte, Olivia, Harriet, Airi (the succubus girl who wanted to sell herself) and surprisingly the mother of one of his classmates Louise von Schwarz
