Is that a mistranslation? The goddess clearly said that they killed by the evil spirit. He is just given a second life after getting victimized by some spirit. And MC is angry like he got caught up in some hero summoning. Would he rather be just dead? Was he expecting to go some Japanese afterlife? Is that why he is angry?

ok for the record dozens of people dieing vs millions without power. if they use electric heating in winter it could literally kill thousands, not to mention infrastructure damage. i mean yes the government should look into those deaths but why would a dozen deaths matter when thousands of lives are at stake, and its not just winter life support surgeries that are happening at that exact moment so many people would die due to power failure(depending on the length thereof)
