In the last chapter the guy with the mask was sh*tting himself because he realised he’d created a monster way stronger than he’ d thought, and he was running away because it was heading in his direction. In this chapter he sees the mc kick it’s ass, and then nonchalantly steps out to pick a fight with him ?

I can only assume that this masked man is someone that is taking the god’s selfish request to defeat the sealed demon seriously.

Mc suddenly feels a lot weaker but I do remember the mc saying something like he was only the 5th ranked mage so if that guy turns out to be someone from earth or buffed by someone who is, it would make a lot more sense
