im genuinely so lost on the story, are they trying to make the mc smart or not?
like the story is trying to show he’s smart and can figure out weaknesses and whatever but why tf did he even enter a martial arts contest with no martial arts, weak body and not even holding a weapon. Like yea I get that this gate was just surviving but what if some random guy just decided to charge at the mc? The mc ain’t even trying
