Smart move would to be to have a sister shop that does tea shows where they can demonstrate the correct preperation of the teas and show their true flavours instead of relying on nobles doing it wrong and then spreading false rumours.
Demo the tea then lead them to triple sweet to buy the tea, it also brings in repeat business since they would return with questions or in need of new skills depending on the teas bought etc etc and it would also be the experience of the showroom tea made by the duchess or her directly trained people
