This Female Mob character is one of my favorites. She is like a grandmaster of mob-fu. That also makes me wonder if she also is hiding an alternate identity. I bet she is a high ranking member of Cult Of Diablos just because Cid is not the only one that would hide his identity with mediocrity.
To this day, Cid despises the princess more than any other villain.
