I understand MC needs life and death situations to grow but it would also be safer and maybe quickier to cultivate a bit more and not face such differences in realms ?!
It is not a rationale approach to me for a guy supposed to be smart.

MC is so weak now. Also we got 4 more characters that lived much longest than MC (better knowledge about cultivation) + they seem to be much stronger than MC when he was in his PRIME.

MC is too arrogant, he IS weak, he used to be one of the strongest, used to. But seems he don’t know the difference. Instead training his cultivation to next level MC just robbing people, cousing trouble, and sucking dick left and right. Now more and more trouble start appearing because of his ignorance. Such a childish behavior for someone who lived for hundreds of years
