I mean the worldbuilding of how this nation creates saints and maintains its power is interesting and relevant as MC will need to fight against it, but author is focusing too much on the personal story of this current saint rather than the nation as a whole, which isn’t particularly relevant unless the auther intends to do some power of <insert emotion> bs and turn her into an ally…

At the end of this arc, either he’ll demoralize an entire nation by killing their “Saint”, or MC will have a new recruit. AND demoralize an entire nation. XD
