… So… he was going around grabbing fragments from places the original MC was supposed to have found them all right? But then they just said this other group had collected all the fragments, but that the previous MC defeated them and took them. So how exactly does that make any sense? If he had collected them at various places then these guys would have to have defeated him to collect all the shards, but if he got all the shards after defeating them why would he need to go around collecting them?
This chapter blew a giant plot hole in this thing. Either something is mistranslated, or the author really didn’t think about the implications of what he wrote here.
