4th rank or tier or what ever was so arrogant to think he can take in the mc but when started to lose then it was really fast for him to start begging for his life. Like that is what the actual arrogance is coming from a guy whos job is to do evil things. How did this joke even get to that high position. Like a lame cult that dont fix this type of attitude out from any of their so called warriors. Other one who got hit by the lightning also said wait. Like they would wait on anything so why even expect it.
