MC is a woman transmigrated into a woman’s body. The use of male pronouns is confusing and Chris is typically a male spelling. Possibly a translation error. Later they have a Male character named Maria. I think the author and artist just avoid gender roles and try to make androgynous characters. This makes the story a bit confusing. Male characters will flirt with her throughout the story. If you look closely you can see slight cleavage when she is on the hospital bed as well. She is a woman. This comment is long becuase it gets debated a lot in the comments throughout the first 6 chapters.
