this is literal garbage, the plot keeps going in circles, I read this because I was interested in the post apocalyptic aspect, however the mc randomly gets powers, despite the fact that his power was originally luck, then he gets a combat power and wants to be strong, then he gets another and wants to be a doctor, like wtf is going on, was the author taking drugs? the plot is so random, there is no clear direction for the mc to go in.
